Sub-processors

A sub-processor is a third party that processes data on palumb's behalf to run the service. We keep palumb EU-sovereign: our infrastructure and your data are hosted in the EU, by EU providers. This page lists every sub-processor we use.

Your channel providers are not palumb sub-processors. Email, SMS and push providers are configured and operated by you, under your own accounts — palumb stores their credentials encrypted and calls them on your behalf, but the relationship (and any data transfer they involve, including push via Apple APNs or Google FCM) is between you and that provider.

palumb's third-party sub-processors, with the purpose of each and where it processes data.
